Hey guys! In this post I will show you the last part to my wonder woman costume! Part #2 consists of the tutu and the other things I wore with it. Here is what you’ll need:
- Blue tulle
- Elastic
- White stars or White paper (to cut stars out of)
- Hot glue gun
The first step to making the wonder woman tutu is cut the elastic to your waist size. Next, sew the two ends of the elastic together very well. Stretch the elastic band over the back of a chair. Now let’s work on cutting the tulle. Measure the length you want the skirt to be, double it, and add 1 inch. Keep cutting that lenghth until all the tulle on the roll is gone. In the picture below I’ll explain more on how to tie the tulle on to the elastic.
You may need two rolls of tulle depending the waist size. I actually needed a bit more for my tutu, but I made do with what I had!
When you are all done tieing on the tulle, hot glue white stars on. I paired the whole outfit with navy blue leggings and white converse!
